Charlotte sat down a the edge of the dock, swaying her legs back and forth. She knew it probably wasn't a good idea to be out in Port Royal, but it was dark outside and she didn't much care. She watched as the waves crashed against one another and the ships that were heading into the horizon and wished she was captain of her own ship instead of taking orders.

James had returned to Port Royal to visit Cutlar Beckett though he wasn't there when he visited his office and so wandered to the docks. He saw a young lady sitting on the edge of the docks "Why hello there, and what might your name be?"

Charlotte looked up at the sound of a voice to see a man. She wasn't sure whether to tell her real name, or completely make one up. "It depends..who are you?" She asked with a raised eyebrow.
